Managing the editorial production of a book project, from ideation to publication, involves a multitude of meticulous steps that require careful planning and execution. I oversaw and managed the editorial for more than 20 monographs and compilations in the fields of architecture, spatial design and art, and collaborated with international architects, designers and studios including Henrik Vibskov, Autoban, Carsten Nicolai, Monocle and Winkreative. I also worked on compilations that featured Snøhetta, Norm Architects, Studiopepe, Pierre Yovanovich and Dimore Studio, among others.

Throughout the editorial process, I played a hands-on role in the execution of the ideas, managing all stages from ideation through to design, editing and final publication. On this journey, I led internal teams of editors, graphic designers, art directors, interns and freelance teams of writers, translators and proofreaders.

In close collaboration with the Publisher, the Creative Director and the production, marketing and distribution teams, I ensured that each publication was of exceptional quality and aligned with gestalten's editorial goals and voice. Since working with gestalten, my primary focus has been on editorial conception and direction, which, for me, has become the most fulfilling aspect of bringing publications to life.
