The contents of our pages have been created with the utmost care. However, we cannot guarantee the contents' accuracy, completeness or topicality. According to statutory provisions, we are responsible for the content on these web pages. In this matter, please note that we are not obliged to monitor the transmitted or saved information of third parties, or investigate circumstances pointing to illegal activity. Our obligations to remove or block the use of information under generally applicable laws remain unaffected by this as per §§ 8 to 10 of the Telemedia Act (TMG).

Accountability for Links

Responsibility for the content of external links (to web pages of third parties) lies solely with the operators of the linked pages. No violations were evident to us at the time of linking. Should any legal infringement become known to us, we will remove the respective link immediately.

Copyright

Our web pages and their contents are subject to German copyright law. Unless expressly permitted by law, every form of utilizing, reproducing or processing works subject to copyright protection on our web pages requires the prior consent of the respective owner of the rights. Individual reproductions of a work are only allowed for private use. The materials from these pages are copyrighted and any unauthorized use may violate copyright laws.

Data Protection

General

Visiting this website involves the processing of personal data. Although, in principle, no information about personal data is required when simply calling up the page, since certain functions of the website and possibly associated services may give rise to a processing operation, all visitors should be informed at this point about the body responsible for the processing, the purpose and scope of the processing and, of course, about their rights as data subjects. All data processing operations on this website are carried out in accordance with the legal provisions of data protection law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Consent for processing is therefore obtained from the data subjects if there is no legal basis for the individual processing operation.

    Responsible Body

The responsible person in terms of the DSGVO and the BDSG is:

    Lucie Ulrich
    Voigtstr. 9
    10247 Berlin

    Germany

Cookies

This website uses so-called cookies (session cookies and permanent cookies). Cookies are text files generated by a server in which information about the user accessing the site is stored and saved on the user's device. Session cookies are only stored for the duration of the visit to the website, whereas permanent cookies are stored permanently on the user's device. When the website is accessed again, the server can identify the user via the permanent cookies and evaluate the information stored in this way. The data collected through the use of cookies can be merged with the data collected through the creation of user profiles.

If the user does not agree to the use of cookies, he or she has the option of preventing cookies via browser settings and deleting cookies that have already been set. However, it is then not guaranteed that the website will be displayed in full and all functions can be used.

The purpose of the use of cookies is to simplify the use of the website and, in part, to make it possible at all. In addition, the quality of the website and the content is to be improved through the evaluation of the data collected by means of cookies.

    Statistics, Representation, Cooperation with Authorities

In order to compile access statistics, for the correct display of content and for the best possible cooperation with law enforcement authorities in the event of a cyber attack, the following data is collected when this website is visited:

    * IP address

    * URL of the page accessed

    * Referer (the previous page from which the page accessed was referred to)

    * Pages accessed via this website

    * Date and time of access

    * Duration of access

    * Information about the Internet Service Provider, the operating system used, and the browser used

.

This data collected when visiting the website is stored separately from other data that may be entered in the course of using the website and is only used internally for the purposes stated and is not passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so. It is not possible to assign this data to a specific person.

Contact by E-mail

It is possible to transmit personal data to the responsible persons by e-mail. You determine the scope and type of the data transmitted in this way yourself through the content of the e-mail. It is pointed out here that sending an e-mail is considered consent to data processing. The data may be used for pre-contractual measures and for the fulfilment of the contract.

    Integration of Social Media Links

The website links to the respective pages of the social media services Linkedin and Instagram and thus to the respective profile of Lucie Ulrich. It is therefore possible to access the respective profiles directly via the website. However, this only takes place when you click on the links. If you do not wish to do this, do not click on the links and access the profiles separately via the social media services' own pages.

    Storage Period and Deletion

The data processed on this website will be deleted after the intended purpose of the processing has been achieved, but not before the expiry of a statutory retention period. Insomuch as the data is required for the conclusion of a contract, the fulfilment of the contract and/or the termination of the contract, it will be stored for the time necessary for this in each case and deleted after the contractual relationship has ended, insomuch as there are no contractual and/or legal obligations to store the data.

Legal Basis

The legal basis for the processing of data is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO if the data is processed after the consent of the data subject. As a rule, however, data processing will be necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO) or for the protection of legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO). The legitimate interest of the processing here is the provision and maintenance of the online offer for the information of (potential) customers and (potential) business partners as well as other parties interested in the internet presence. In exceptional cases, the legal basis is also another reason listed in Art. 6 (1) c) - e) DSGVO.

Your Rights

According to the GDPR and the BDSG, those affected by data processing have a right to information (Art. 15 GDPR) about the data collected from them, can request confirmation about the data processing and a copy of the data, as well as a right to complain to the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). You have a right to rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO), which may also consist of the completion of the data. You have a right to erasure ("being forgotten") (Art. 17 DSGVO) and a right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO), as well as a right to data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO). Data subjects have a right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) to the future processing of data, and the restrictions on automated decisions in individual cases, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR), apply.

Objection or Revocation

If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you may revoke this consent at any time. Such revocation will affect the permissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have expressed it to Julian Braun. Insomuch as Lucie Ulrich bases the processing of your personal data on the balance of interests, you may object to the processing. This is the case if the processing is not necessary, particularly for the performance of a contract with you, which is shown in each case in the following description of the functions.

When exercising such an objection, you will be asked to explain the reasons why personal data should not be processed.

In the event of your justified objection, the situation will be examined, and either the data processing will be discontinued or adjusted, or the compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which the processing is continued will be demonstrated. You can object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of advertising and data analysis at any time. You can inform Lucie Ulrich of your objection to advertising by using the contact details provided in the imprint.

Data Security

According to the current averaget, encryption technologies state of the art are used within the website visit and are supported by your browser. You can see whether an individual page of the website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser. In addition, appropriate technical and organizational security measures are used to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or against unauthorized access by third parties. Security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
